The businessman allegedly blasting explosives at Armand Duka's house comes to trial

Arlen Hasanaj, the 34-year-old man arrested as the alleged author of the tritoli deployment at the residence of Albanian Football Federation head Armando Duka, has appeared this Saturday at the Durres First Stairway Court, where he will be recognised by the security measure.

The District Prosecutor has sought jail arrest for 34-year-old businessman.

The young man results in a burning on the right hand and the forensics expert's decision is the primary test of the prosecution's body to put Hasanaj on charges.

It will be a preliminary report of legal medicine that will give the verdict on what signs it has to do with even determining whether the leftovers are fuses.

According to data it is taught that the investigative group has raised doubts that Hasanaj was burned during the fire of the fuse at the moment before throwing the tritol mold at the outer gate of the Duka villa on January 24th evening in Durres.

A forensics expert from Tirana has arrived in detention rooms where he has received tests if there are traces of the suspected material in Hasanaj's right hand.

Against all claims and charges brought against Hasanaj, his defence attorney has been placed. The one following Thursday to insist that his client has nothing to do with the event and that he has sufficient evidence to prove that fact.
