Migration Minister is still deciding whether to re-anjugate his visa, they have confirmed. It is reported that he has four hours to do so.
Media reports from Europe quoted members of Djokovic's family as claiming he was again arrested at his lawyer's office in Melbourne's CBD.
However, Australia reportedly does not have federal border forces or police officers at the location of Djokovic.
Djokovic won the appeal, cancelling the first decision not to allow him to enter Australia.
However, this may be rejected again, as the minister of immigration has the power to decide on re-anuturing the visa.
And if that happens, Djokovic could travel to Australia for three years.
