The 32-year-old attacker, believed to have become available to the transfer market from Arsenal, had proved positive with Covid-19 shortly before Cameroon's match against Gabon in the UN Cup.
The Gabonese Football Federation said it noticed cardiac problems when they checked Aubameyaang's recovery last Friday, Periscopi broadcasts.
The player assured Arsenal's medical team that he is doing well and is training normally.
But now he's returning to London for further testing after being sent home by National coach Patrice Neveu.
Now his international chief has discovered more about the loss of his star's attacker, after he acknowledged that thepression from each player's club resulted in excess because Gabon was unable to conduct an MRI scan.
Before their last team match with Morocco tonight, Neveu told Sky Sports: “What I know is that they've been without Ovid for the last 72 hours.
“We couldn't organise an MRI for them, as a result they couldn't be trained,” he said, even talking about Mario Lemin. /Periscope. com/
