The Witness, who is bearing witness against former KLA commander Salih Mustafa, has said that two people have come to him and that the two have been in washed uniforms as they have always been.
The first Witness, whose identity is protected, has said he has been detained near the village of Zlath, where two people with long arms have been hit.
Asked by the prosecutor which organisation I belonged to these people who led him he replied this way;
“Old clothes as they've always kept them, I couldn't see any signs or emblems”
Before they put me in the car they gave me a chocolate, I got a box on top and I got a black bag at the top, so they talked to me, and they just told me they gave me chocolate to give you chocolates as soon as we get there” said the witness.
“I couldn't move into the car, because I was in the middle. We've been traveling up to 10 minutes and they've taken me to a room that I've been held there”
Last month's Seanca Mustafa declared himself innocent and abandoned the session, for according to him none of the charges read by Kosovo Specialised Chambers Prosecutor Jack Smith was real. Smith said all the victims of commander “Calt”, as Mustafa is known, were Kosovo Albanians. /Periscope.
