The future of West Ham star Declan Rice has been subject to intense speculation as he dismissed new contract offers from the club.
A West Ham source told Fowtball Insider '%s' that the plan is to sell Rice, while its value remains high instead of allowing it to conclude its current arrangement.
West Ham is planning to sell Declan Rice for about 90 million pounds while they make an offer for his replacement, understands Football Insider.
Londoners were holding the midfield card award of 100 million pounds during the summer.
This dismissed the buyers, with interested clubs run by Man United and Chelsea, but Rice has rejected improved contract bids from West Ham, and this will force the club to lower the required price next year.
The 22-year-old Englishman has contracts with the “cana club” by 2024, but a continuing denial of their star contract can force the club to remove it after the end of this season if the clubs offer the right price for it.
