Manchester United reportedly will make Paul Pogba the most paid player of all Premier League times, offering him a new deal to keep him in the club.
The 28-year-old continues to face an uncertain future in United, amid speculation linking it to an escape from Old Tuffford.
The current 28-year contract will be concluded next summer, which means it is free to negotiate with other clubs from January onward.
The French do not lack options, with Maurizio Pochetttino and Real Madrid interested in midfielder, according to The Sun.
But the same media says United is convinced that it can convince Pogban to stay in Manchester by offering him a new long-term agreement which would see him winning about 400,000 pounds a week.
This weekly figure will equal approximately 104 million pounds over the next five years, making Pogban the most paid Premier League player ever.
To finance this, United will have to set free funds by cleaning up some first team players in January.
The Suní says Donny van de Beek, Phil Jones and Eric Bailey will be three of the seven players that will be registered on the transfer list to leave the club in January.
