Many citizens have woken up Wednesday looking at their pano cars placed on the front of the cars.
Pants in question were placed in many cars, including those with Serbian license plates, violating the law in Kosovo.
“RKS 121 - TP-01: For these plates, fuck you” mothers”, writes a threatening message.
Now ten days, local Serbs are keeping the streets in Jarinje and Brnjak blocked because of the targam reciprocity.
