Hoti is accused of being posted on the social network “Facebook” in December 2019, with “Albin Kurti must leave Kosovo, or be killed”, has committed the criminal offence in the conduct of the criminal murder, reports “The Justice Vow”.
At the session, which is being held today at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, Prime Minister Kurti, injured in this case, has given his testimony, answering prosecutor Yavorka Prilincevic's questions and defenders of the accused, lawyer Rasim Hoti.
