However, the Dutch-born football player seems totally uninterested on the national team.
For the first time in my career as a coach, I saw a national team player who doesn't want to train and who claims he's hurt”.
? Vahid Halilhodzic hits back at Hakim Ziyech:
«For the first time in my car, I felt an international player who refused to train and claims to be involved. He doesn't look like a player ready to fight for a World Cup spot. I will not tolerate it.» (via @ Hanif Berkane) Pic.twitter. com/ CpQQiEdxvr

“During the last two gatherings, he was not disciplined. He didn't look like a player who fought for a place in the World Cup, or interested in the”, Halilhodzic said.
Coach explained why he did not invite Chelsea's star for qualifying matches with Sudan and Guinea.
“In friendly matches with Ghana and Burkina Faso he arrived late and refused to work. There's no point in talking later, about me as a coach the answer is right there. For me, the national team is above all, the team can't be hostage to someone”.
“Examing, they said he could play. Then he refused to warm up on the second half because he was disappointed that he was on the bench. It's unacceptable to me, or you're 100 percent or you're not”, Halilhodic said.
Morocco will play its next match tonight in Rabat, starting at 9:00, against Sudan.
