Chairman The PSD, Dardan Molyqaj, has reacted to Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislim's statement that reaching the agreement is near and that only the agreement on the KM license plates issue is pending.
Molliqaj through a Facebook post said Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has surrendered, as he said he recognises Serbia as a Khhisedare in Kosovo, as he is negotiating with him on Kosovo's internal affairs (the country's north).

Kurt today gave up. His defeat can be explained at 3 points:
1. Even the Kurti government recognises Serbia as a heedare in Kosovo, negotiating with it on Kosovo's domestic issues (for the country's north);
2. Kurti government legitimised parallel structures in the north and confirmed Kosovo's giving up our state sovereignty there. This allowing the use of KM (Kosovska Mitrovica) billboards, which Besnik Bislimi specifically said would be confiscated “only if they pass south” but not even north. So here we go, even from the Kurti Government, handling the north as a special area from all the rest of Kosovo. Like the area where parallel structures control. As an area where the Government of Kosovo has no claim to extend sovereignty.
3. Handing Over Sovereignty to KFOR, following Kosovo's declaration of independence, is going back in terms of citizenship. KFOR's legal base in Kosovo is Resolution 1244, which Kosovo views as part of Serbia. Formal Delegate From the Government of Sovereignty to KFOR means legitimacy of Resolution 1244. That's why Serbia agrees without a problem. Let us not forget that Prime Minister Kurti, during the first government, had sent the Kosovo Government agreement with NATO to the prosecutor for failing to submit Kosovo forces to the country's north. Today Kurt affirmed this agreement. Admitting the Kosovo Police lifts the right to stay there.
