In 2017, Marco Verratti of Paris Saint-Germain and Ivan Perisic of Inter Milan were punished with yellow after deliberately turning the ball to their goalkeepers.
During a Ligue 1 match against Nantes, Verratt had the ball standing outside the SPG area and lay on his hands and knees before performing the unorthodox pass, Periscope broadcasts.
The judge immediately ran to the Italian midfielder and brought out the widow.
Verratti and his associates, as well as Coach Unnai Emer, seemed frustrated by this decision.

A month later, Perisic won the return for a very similar incident during a match by Serie A between Inter and Rome.
In the sixth minute of the match, Perisic had the ball in his own area and lifted it to air before the trivia followed the goalkeeper's head.
The same thing happened. The judge ran to Perisic and showed him his mother.
