Recently, the Kosovo Football Federation has announced that one of the country's most-intensive judges, Visar Kastrati, will share justice in the international arena.
International Judge from Kosovo Visar Kastrati has been delegated by U EFA in the match for the U-21 European Championship qualifications between Bulgaria and Wales.
This match will be held at “stadium Slavia” in Sofia, September 7th at 17:30. Kastrati will be assisted by assistants Besnik Morina and Joy Muhadri and the fourth Judge Mervan Beytullahu.
It is noteworthy that Joy Muhadrit debutts in this rank of races, where it also makes the first Albanian female to judge in men's competition in UEFA competitions.
