The picture features a small section of the vegetables, including corn, tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumbers, and some seeds.
Palmer, 28, again posted the image on Twitter with the title, “Kissese of menus”.
The photograph drew comparisons with the infamous cheese sandwich distributed at the Fure Festival in 2017.
