In 17 years of the HatTrick program, UEFA has financed more than 1500 projects worth a total of 3 billion euros, turning HatTrick into the largest soccer development and solidarity programme.
This programme, of course, has also been present in our country, but this time the discussion of European projects of this programme has been collected for the first time in Albania. A historic event entrusted to the Albanian Football Federation to organise and is at the same time a support for the FSHF as a reliable partner capable of hosting higher international activities:
This activity for me is historical because it comes after a difficult time of pandemic and we've had a lot of online meetings and finally today we meet for the first time, after almost two years physically and I wish that this difficult period of personal contact went by.
I believe that you will remember that after this difficult period, we have met in Tirana and you will remember Tirana even more. Always Hattrick, as one of U's most important Committees EFA, make important decisions. I am very convinced that with debates and discussions at meetings, we will make the right decisions that will serve European football development projects”, President Duka said after the meeting.

HatTrick Committee has in its composition known names of European football administration and FSHF president, as one of its deputy leaders. Projects “were reviewed during the meeting Hattrick” presented in the Committee for Adoption, and became a balance of work done so far through investment implementation. Also discussed were various issues and the UEFA Academy.

Delegation UEFA, led by the chairman of the HatTrick Committee, Carl-Eric Nilsson, who is also Z. President of UEFA, they have visited the sites of the Football House and inaugurated the football museum, becoming familiar with a part of Albanian football history. There has been no shortage of visits to the “Air Albania” stadium, the largest infrastructure work built in our country, even with the financial contribution of <x2HatTrick”. As is tradition at UEFA meetings or meetings, Committee members held a football game where goals and happy moments were not lacking. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality in Tirana today. It was nice to see your new Federation environments and excellent opportunities to develop football through these fantastic facilities and it'll be better when the two fields are finished. And then we went to the stadium, a beautiful stadium, full of it, I imagine a full atmosphere. As for HatTrick, it's an important community where we give the 55 member federations the opportunity to take advantage of the projects, and it's really a privilege to work with this country”, Nilsson concluded.
Invited to this meeting was Minister of Sports and Youth Evis Kushi, who in the short greeting speech held before those present, expressed satisfaction that this important committee U n The EFA meets for the first time in Albania and praised the contribution the European football government is making in co-operation even more with the FSHF for Albanian football. The guest of honour at this meeting was also the president of the North Macedonia Football Federation, Mumed Sejdin.
