The Constitutional Court in Gjakova has assigned the detention measure to F.K., who allegedly forced a minor girl to engage in money sex.
The Court's announcement has revealed that the case occurred on March 10th this year in a village of Gjakova.
“On the date of March 10, 2021, in Gjakova, exactly in villas “M...” in the village of D., defendant F.K., in association with his minor girlfriend... ... recruit and organise the other minor person... ..., in order to enable prostitution to have sexual relations with his friend D. J., in exchange for 200 euros. By these actions defendant F. K., allegedly committed criminal work “access or forced into prostitution” in co-ordination from Article 234 paragraph 3, concerning paragraph 1 and 31, the work sanctioned with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK)”, said in the statement.
