The capital police that will establish Daut Haradinaj. Pristina benefits what? The capital law gives this historic right

The AAK candidate for head of Pristina, Daut Haradinaj, has unveiled his intention to establish the capital's police after winning the 17 October elections. Haradinaj's goal is based on the Law for Pristina, which was adopted with the insistence of Haradinaj II Government in 2018. But what about [...]
But what does Pristina really benefit if it has its own police?
Pristina is known to have become a crowded city. In addition to its residents, thousands of citizens from all over Kosovo come to work or other needs enter Pristina.
Having its own police, Pristina would therefore have control and better organisation of daily life, affecting increased security, crime prevention and traffic regulation.
Three will be the main mandates of the Capital Police, including patrols around the neighborhood, control for alcohol consumption, and control for illegal parking.
Haradinaj's programme envisions that police, to move within the capital, use bicycles, battery engines or power vehicles.
Also, the capital police will monitor public spaces, prevent criminal acts and regulate the movement always in co-ordination with the National Police of Kosovo. Haradinaj says special commitment will be dedicated to protecting minors and ensuring safety in schools.
For residents of Pristina's neighbourhoods, who are often fighting parking lots, Haradinaj has thought of a solution. Haradinaj predicts that there will be a ban on parking vehicles in limited or unauthorised areas.
With the aim of cutting and punishing the unlawful parking lot, the Communist Police will use the location of the “parking carpes (Maccamps)”, the programme says.
Daut Haradinaj, is conducting a creative campaign. He, with his bold proposals, which have never been heard by any candidate for the Crechetet, has touched the attention of the Pristinas. Pristina wants change after two decades of infrastructure and urban chaos, and it seems Haradinaj has essentially understood the capital's problems.
