The fierce clash among fans erupted on Dankovecka Street around 21:30, in which about 400 fans participated.
Police officers were present from the beginning and prevented a possible major conflict, and according to information collected so far, no one was seriously hurt, except for a controversy that broke the femur's thigh bone.
Situations of the event and police actions are being determined.
According to media reports and witness statements, fans had sticks and received chairs from cafe terraces. A small group crashed into one of the nearby parking lots and flames and stones were thrown over each other.
Citing sources from the fan's environment, the media write that it is a planned provocation of the Polish club that came to Zagreb by bus, in part from the Adriatic coast, where they were on vacation, in part from abroad, to cause unrest prior to today's qualifying meeting of the Champions League between Dinamo and Legia.
Fighting was soon made news in Serbian media as the winner of this match will lead one of the teams to the World Champions League, in which they can face Belgrade's Crvena Zevdan.
