Of these eight cases, five men have reportedly beaten women. Three women reportedly have beaten men. And another man beat his brother.
These cases have been reported by Kosovo Police in the last 24 hours, Periscope records.
Attention to family violence reports in Kosovo has become greater than ever because of the macabre murder that took place in Ferizaj a few days ago against an 18-year-old girl.
The following are police reports:
- Pristina 26.08.2021 → 0200. Kosovo's male suspect has been practicing domestic violence by physically attacking his wife's female Kosovo victim. At the prosecutor's decision, the suspect is sent to keep it.
- Lipjan 26.08.2021 The Kosovo male victim has reported that his wife and daughter, suspected Kosovo female suspects, had practiced psychic and physical violence against him. After the interview by order of the prosecutor, the case continues in regular procedure.
- Pristina 26.08.2021-17:40. Kosovo's female victim has reportedly been physically assaulted by her former Kosovo male husband, with whom they live in an apartment. The suspect has been arrested and after interviewing with the prosecutor's decision has been sent to the detention.
