Canadian diver Pamela Ware has recorded a score of 0.0, the lowest in recent years.
In what was her second appearance at the Olympics, Ware tried to package the final, with a jump that was hard to estimate on the 3.5th scale.
In an attempt to do her maneuver, the Canadian slipped, producing a moment as painful as even comic, follows Periscope.
