The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council has dismissed the suspended director of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council Secretariat from office.
This was the agenda point at the 202nd consecutive KKP meeting, where the six-month report of the international monitoring mechanism for acts characteristic of January-May 2021 period has been discussed and approved, Klan Kosova reports.
Also, at this same meeting, members of the Prosecutorial Council have reviewed and approved Gjilan's chief prosecutor's request for the internal declaration for advancing two positions in the Randa Crime Department.
KKP member Agron Beka, before the Council members, has presented the Special Commission's Special Commission Report on the position of the Prosecutor's Perspector Unit, by which the Council members have announced that this Commission has unanimously decided to annul the process of selecting the NJSHPP director until the release of a new regulation. KPK members have addressed and approved Pristina's chief prosecutor's request for the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's nomination, Zejrullah Gashi, to leaders of this Prosecutor's Department of Crimes”, the statement said.
