Several slogans against Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama have appeared written on the walls of buildings in Kosovo.
The “slogan I am well when Serbia is well, Edi Rama”, is an irony to the Albanian prime minister, with the famous expression of Isa Boletin, “I am well, when Albania is well”.
Anti-Rama slogans in Kosovo appear several days after Prime Minister Edi Rama's meeting with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, for the initiative called the “Open Balkans”.

This initiative has been rejected by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who boycotted the meeting, and has also been rejected by Albanian experts and politicians in northern Macedonia and Albania.
Both Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina flatly rejected this initiative, and Rama had words for those countries.
The idea of the Balkan <x0mini-Shengen”, which has now been named “Open Balkans”, was introduced in Novi Sad of Serbia on October 10th 2019 by leaders of Serbia, Northern Macedonia and Albania.
