Players recovered from countries on the British Red List will be forced to quarantine in 10 days and would lose several league matches.
Britain's Football Association and Premierliga are in talks with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sports about facilitating the rules for the case.
If teams do not release players, Kosovo may be left without its star, Milot Rasica in the September games.
Kosovo will play three games in September. Initially, “Dars” travel to Georgia, and then wait for Greece and Spain at the “Fadil Vokri” Stadium.
