It is strange how very few people think of Charles Aranguiz when it comes to the best penalty executioner. Aranguiz was the captain of Bayer Leverkusen and representative of Chile.
Maybe this is because Aranguiz took over only twice the penalty for his club, and he had a record 50%.
However, it marked one of the most beautiful penalties in football history, in Chile's match against Brazil, in the 2014 World Cup.
It was a fair fight for phase 1/16 when Brazil and Chile went to the penalty, where Sanchez Pinilla was mistaken by the penalty, thus eliminating Chile from the World Cup.
