Official: Kurt Zoo joins West Ham

French defender Kurt Zoo has decided to leave Chelsea to continue his adventure again at Premier League.

West Ham's official site has announced that the deal has been reached with Chelsea on Zouma's card.

The Frenchman was part of UBluve for seven and a half years.

Zouma's sale is expected to pave the way for the officialisation of the Counde at Chelsea. /Periscopi/
