Manipulated car miles, police initiate nine cases in Ferizaj

The cases of fraud are done that way, when people assigned to customs, or in some cases after buying vehicles, have dropped miles before the same sold to the other person and automobile buyers have not been reported. This synopsis has been made for personal gain, thus damaging the buyer.

The cases of customs evasion have been done that way, with the increase of miles in vehicles, with the intent to avoid customs, and in these cases, following the increase of miles in vehicles, customs costs have been less for pay than the real value of the vehicle's migration.

The case of counterfeiting the document was made when individuals assigned changed miles into vehicles presented through the fake document.

The Regional Investigations Sector in Ferizaj, in co-operation and co-ordination with the Founding Prosecutor at Ferizaj and other partners, are constantly working on identifying and discovering cases of fraud, counterfeiting and avoidance.
