La League doesn't allow retirement number 10 to Barcelona, but there's a trick Barca can use

According to the rule of La League, each team must have completed the numbers between 1 and 25, the Periscope broadcast.

But there's a trick Barcelona can use if they want to retire the Mess.

They can always register the team with an empty spot, gathering a less player who won't touch the number 10.
