Former Prime Minister Albin Kurti's adviser to the government “Kurti 1”, Durim Berisha, has criticised Albulen Hadziu over the Vetting issue.
Through a Facebook post, Berisha says that two persons who have no minimal experience in the justice system are engaged in the quality of experts for the loss of concept-document.
According to him, one of the engagements has been assistant at Pristina University, while neither has held the exercise.
Berisha says Vettingu requires serious access, so such an act, according to him, is ridicule.

During yesterday's day, the Prosecutorial Council and the Judiciary Council have reacted to Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, who had said they would not have the support of the Ministry of Justice if they did not work jointly to restore citizens' trust in justice institutions.
“I can't support either the KKP or the KDR if they, as it were, close their eyes to the violations and in the face of the scandals we're facing during this week or the last days”, Had Haxhiu declared.
The Prosecutorial Council in their response has said they do not need to be supported by anyone.
“We announce that the Prosecutorial Council does not need to be backed by anyone, much less by executive power, because the Prosecutorial Council and State Prosecutor defends the Constitution and laws in power, not political will”, says the KKP's announcement.
On the other hand, the Judiciary Council in its response said the responsibilities of institutions for communication and co-operation are determined with the Constitution and law, not by personal will.
The responsibility of institutions for communication and co-operation is determined by constitutions and law, not by personal will. Otherwise, KJK has its own mechanisms for addressing any issue that is KDP's responsibility, so any efforts from abroad, including the statements of Minister Haxhiu, are without impact on the way this Council” operates, the KRC's response said. /Lajmi.net/
