Kabashi-Ramaj: Kosovo national security is being violated by pandemic government without plans

The new member of the PDK's Headship, at the same time security expert, Besa Kabashi-Ramaj, has said that the drastic growth of the number of citizens dead from the pandemic poses a threat to national security. She has written on her Facebook page that this security threat is now taking place for a year and a half, during the government Kurti 1 and still the Government has no concrete plans to protect itself from the threat, providing effective inoculation.
Besa Kabashi-Ramaj's full statement:
At the moment, after a year and a half, the national security situation degrades to the level of “death count overnight from COVID-19”, the country is just ahead of an undeniable reality, the failure to manage a serious situation of national security threat (yes, pandemic is one of the threats listed endangering national security).
Structural countries such as Kosovo, usually, are expected to have a serious challenge to early prevention and domestication/”migration” of threats and risks, yet it is entirely unnatural and reasonable to have a serious challenge to the current response to a (COVID-19) risk, with which it is facing a year and a half, enough time to take strict measures to prevent distribution in other waves, beyond the first, especially for mass vaccine.
In this respect, the minister's responsibility to the citizens of Kosovo is extraordinary, even in terms of the task entrusted to him, but especially at the human level.
The least I need to know is, what's going on in the health sector at times like this?
How can we be in such a tragic situation a year and a half after the first time we were attacked by a threat such as pandemic? What will be the concrete actions of the Government, released today by the National Security Council.
