It's still only becoming official after Barcelona has reached agreement with Atlético Madrid for Antoine Grieezmann, as a loan for the 2021/22 season.
Marcha's transfer took place for several reasons: Barcelona's financial emergencies, Diego Simeones' desire to get him back on the team, and though not, even the player's desire to return to Atlético.
In the absence of confirmation of more details of the operation, it seems that Atlético Madrid will receive it as a purchase option.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the player will be loaned one year, while Atletico can buy it for 40m euros.
Greezmann has passed to Barcelona for more than 100m euros.
