The German government has donated 20 cars to the Kosovo Police, which are primarily dedicated to border police.
During the media proposal, Kosovo Police Director Samedin Mehmeti has said this is the second contingent they are accepting from the German government, until he has added that these vehicles will be used by border police.
This is the second contingent that has come to the aid of the German government and these will be used for the arms trafficking fight and dedicated to the border police, and thanks to the German government for this aid”.
While Germany's ambassador to the Republic of Kosovo, John Rohde, hopes that with this donation, capacity will be built for border police.
“S, together with the Kosovo Police Director, for the second time we deliver from 20 Dacia model cars, co-operation between our states testifies to the fact of this donation. We think that this second donation would build capacity for border police”.
