As the German medium Tagblat.ch reports, police officers saw at the scene a 46-year-old Kosovo seriously injured and his 43-year-old wife, also with Kosovo citizenship, with mild wounds.
A 23-year-old Kosovo was arrested by the country's police. He is accused of hurting 46-year-old during the physical clash.
St. Canton police. Gallen, led by the country's public prosecutor, is continuing with further investigation into the case.

The 46-year-old injured had to be taken to hospital by the ambulance service as a result of his injuries. Meanwhile, his wife, who was more vulnerable, received medical treatment without the help of an ambulance.
