The court's statement has been made by Judge Violet Husja-Rugova, since accused Kabashi in advance has pleaded guilty to the criminal act he is charged with, reports “Justice Voguet”.
I accept guilt. I feel guilty and will never again participate in election processes”, accused Kabashi said.
A plea was agreed to by prosecutor Haxhi Sinanaj, who was later approved by Judge Husja-Rugova.
Brahim Kabashi is being charged with the criminal act of counterfeiting the results of the vote, as on 11 June 2017, at the Low High School “Haxhi Zeqaj”, in Zahaq of Pec, site no. 1707C/01R, in early elections, in the quality of the election commission's chairman, incorrectly registers election results in electoral documents, in the Candidate's Resolution Forum, records 116 votes by short and 36 more votes, a total of 152 registered inaccurate votes.
The indictment reportedly resulted in these figures following the recounting process of votes, which were later recorded in the Counting and Results Centre report, for the location in question.
