First Leo's going to appear at the conference today, at the Cump Nou, 12:00, but that's probably not all.
According to Veronica Brunat, The PSG has scheduled a press conference with Leo Messi for tomorrow, Transmit Periscope.
Likely, the verbal accord has been reached and everything will be formalised at tomorrow's conference.
It remains to be seen whether this (Conference with Messin) will be confirmed by the Parisian club. /Periscopi/
