As reportedly, the defendant on August 2nd 2021 in Ferizaj has attacked police during the official task, causing bodily injuries, in the manner that B.V. and A.R. had been engaged in the operational anti-optic plan. CO VID and while moving the client from a local, the defendant physically attacks them, causing bodily injuries described in emergency Centre medical reports at Ferizaj.
The detention will be held at the Centre of Pre-prisonment and from there sent to the Institute of Psychiatrics in Pristina, with the aim of psychiatric examination and accounting-observation of nature, type, scale and duration of mental illness, the impact of whether the defendant could understand his actions at the time of carrying out the criminal work, and whether he is capable of understanding the charge and is capable of coping with the trial.
The parties reportedly complained against this act did not postpone his execution.
