Albanian, who lived three years in Kabul: Afghanistan today is like Albania's 1997

I've had very nice things happening there, but there's been the element of fear and security that's been present since I've worked for a USAID government project. It's a mix of senses. I don't see this very problematic, but I certainly need to be treated carefully and I think that the instance being taken is going to treat it carefully and the way people are going to approach them and that's going to make no bad happen.
