Agim Ademi violates the NAK statute with the appointment of lawyer Taulant Hodaj as a U.d. UNK Secretary-General

The announcement published on the official WFF site reads: “President Agim Ademi on the basis of his competencies, has today appointed Taulant Hodane, the task manager of the secretary-general. The WEK's. Hodaj was the leader of the Legal Office. NFF, as well as a lawyer, who represented it. The WEC in both the international and local arenas, while now it will be Ud. Secretary General”

However, in the GFF statue, Article 38, which defines the president's competencies, the appointment of the Secretary General, or his task leader, is not involved. This competence, according to Article 52, belongs to the Executive Committee, meanwhile, the chairman has only the right to proposal, as follows:

Secretary General is the chief executive of the General Secretariat at the WFK and is the highest operating body at NFFC.
It is put in by the FFK Executive Committee, with the chairman's proposal, in a four-year period and can be resolved again. It links working relations with the FFK, under the Law on the work of Kosovo.

Taulant Hodaj's appointment came after Erroll Salih's resignation from the post, with the latter's reasoning, that he wants to deal with professional sports issues from now on. Erroll Salihu now holds the director's post for sports affairs. For Gazeta Square he had stated: „I personally sought to be appointed director for sports and senior legal affairs. I'm going to go ahead with the NK, now in a more professional and not administrative way”.

Newly appointed.d. Secretary General Taulant Hodaj, as it refers to FFK's announcement, on his site confirms that he was involved in protecting Agim Ademi, in the case in which he was sentenced by the Pristina Constitutional Court and that of Appeal to nine months in prison for “due to the attempted”.

A good feeling that the president of the Kosovo Football Federation, Mr. Agim Ademi has praised our contribution as attorney and attorney's office! ”, wrote Hodaj. In this post, he co-signed Agim Ademi's promotion to the WAK site, by which Agim Ademi, after returning to the retrial of his case by the Supreme Court, declares his innocence and simultaneously thanks to the NFF's “avocate and his lawyers, who have jointly contributed to making a fair and legal decision”.

We remember that Adam was convicted of criminal offence, attempted assault, and sentenced to nine months in prison, Agim Ademi and Muharrem Rama are charged that during July 12th, September 12, 2012, with the aim of material gain, threatened and attacked by Drita Kadoll, forcing the same action to harm his property, respectively, to make unfair profit in many of 30,000,000 euros, or a car of the type “Pristina Municipal Assembly Chief Sami Hamiti was later claimed to be handing over to the car of Pristina Municipal Assembly chief Sami Hamiti, performing criminal work forcing him to co-ordination.

The hearing for Agim Ademi's retrial was scheduled for March 24th at 09 a.m. The session was not held because of the lack of Agim Adam. His lawyer, Labinot Murati, present in the hall, had requested postponement of the session with the reasoning that Agim Ademi was in Turkey due to a sick family member. In addition, attorney Murati had presented the medical reports of Adem's family as evidence. But, Agim Ademi had been in the NFF office at a time when the case judge, Medje Bytyqi, had approved the session's delay request for an indefinite term. He had also attended the same day and subsequent sports events of the Kosovo Football Federation.

The retrial hearing was postponed indefinitely and has not been held yet.
