Downloading is just the latest scandal among many who have hit these Olympic Games, reports Guardian, translates Periscope.
This comes just days after a composer left the ceremony after he turned out to have harassed his disabled classmates at school.
In March, creative chief Hiroshi Sasaki also resigned after saying comedian Naomi Watanabe could appear in “Oly m PIG” [Societies for pigs].
