Kosovo's Health Ministry, Hospital Service and University Clinic, respectively, will be the beneficiary of the JICA grant worth 1.3m euros to secure hospital beds for general hospitals and QKUK clinics.
On behalf of the Health Ministry, the agreement was signed by Secretary General Naim Bardiqi and by JICA, the head of the Office for the Balkans, Mr. Jiro Takeichi.
Secretary Bardiqi expressed deep gratitude for the continued support of the Government of Japan for the health sector and that the equipment provided through the grant will freeze the quality of hospital services and facilitate the work of health personnel.
