Morainho: Rome's most important challenge, not on vacation

Zanolo is a very talented footballer, but we all know he wasn't very lucky about injuries. We need to understand and analyze his qualities better to activate him in an appropriate role, where he will feel good and help more of his team. I want a team that's changing in the game, playing different when it's got a ball in its possession and otherwise, when it's got the ball. However, to perfect these mechanisms, it takes much work and much time available.

A comment on Inter, Conten and Ronaldo...
There are some people in football you can never compare to. For example in Rome I cannot compare myself with Liedholm and Capello, while in Inter, no one can compare with me and Herrera. As far as Ronaldo's concerned, he must be quiet, as I don't play center defense. I'm too old and weak to stop.
