Majlinda Kelmendi is without a doubt Kosovo's most climactic athlete during the 2010s. It has succeeded in becoming two-time world champion, Europe's two-time champion and Olympic champion. But her medals are even more numerous.
Kelmendi competes in the category of up to 50 pounds [52 kg], and has already left a reputation for future generations competing in this category.

Kelmendi has won a total of 46 gold medals, of which are 32 gold.

Kelmendi became known since 2009 when he won the gold medal at the World Junior Championship in Paris.
The highlight was the gold medal won at the Rio De Janeiro Olympics. By 2016, there had been reports that she had refused to perform a doping test in France, while the coach insisted that she was clean. She had made clear that such a thing had not been the cause of WADA's authorization.
