He has asked Albania to grant Albanian citizenship to other citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, Periscopi observes.
“Albania has had to either equip either Kosovars with Albanian citizenship or give it to no Kosovar. It says Mr. Koci.
Whether he is referring to Kosovo Serb citizens, who, although with Serbian passports, also suffer from the visa regime, are unknown.
