Aston Willas Jack Grealish striker is said to have agreed to personal conditions with Manchester City before a possible move at the Ethihad Stadium this summer.
The English Representative is believed to be a key target of the transfer for Pep Guardilla's team, which are also linked to a movement for Harry Kane of Tottenham Hotspur.
According to Football Insider, Grealish has been offered a lucrative contract by Premier League champions, and the assailant has now reached an agreement on personal conditions.
The report claims the 25-year-old is not prepared to force an escape from Villa, but Man City hopes to accept a transfer fee of 90 million pounds.
Dean Smith's team can still hand over a new and improved deal to Villa Park, though, despite the fact that he made only an extension with his current team last September.
