Roberto Mancini's team booked a spot in the finals, beating Spain with a penalty Tuesday.
England made Denmark easier to spend in overtime, thanks to Harry Kane's goal of a controversial penalty.
Italians have won 11 of the previous 27 meetings against the Three Lions, reports Football Italy.
They will play their 10th final in an international tour, while England has qualified for the second final in their first Euro history.
