The Commission for Agriculture, Forestry, Rural Development, Environment and Spatial Planning and Infrastructure has failed to bring the Bill on Change and Fulfilling of the Auto-Instruction Law to Parliament, as the deputy Bekim Haxhiu's PDK has released the meeting as a result of his discontent with the lack of a public hearing.
Commission Chairman Victory Pacolli said they will ask the ministry to draft a new law, as there are many problems and things that need to be changed.
But it was MP Hadziu who repeated several times his request to first have a public hearing.
He said it was for the removal of counterparts for new cars, but stressed that before a law is adopted there must be public hearing.
He said there is a dissonance in the opinion of the prime minister's office, for which he stressed that it is also good for Vetevendosje Movement to buy time, while taking even the opinions of experts.
I'm here for the removal of the counterpart, but such a law is done without public hearings it doesn't meet the legal side. So it would be good to arrange a public hearing, to consider even the observations and suggestions before going to the Assembly. There has not occurred a law passed without a public hearing. I'm trying to get my counterparts off for new cars, but for cars that EU countries value for export but they don't let them circulate in their country, I think we should listen to experts. The government's opinion is at odds with that one here, as the opinion of the Prime Minister's Office is to remove the counterpart for new cars and not for those used”, he said.
In spite of that, the commission's chairman voted the changes to the bill, while MP Haxhiu issued the hall, which unable to send him to the Assembly.
