Kosovo Foreign Affairs and Diaspore Minister Donika Grovalla attended today's informal discussion between the foreign and European Affairs Ministers of the EU and Balkan countries, which was held in Slovenia's Brdo Pri Kranju, whose team was Slovenian Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Gasper Dovzan.
Minister Gervalla, in her address, said Kosovo is on a good track in terms of issues of pandemic management.
Speaking of regional co-operation, Gervala has stopped at the idea of the common regional market as a plan and strategy for regional co-operation and conflict resolution. She has stressed that there are actors in the Balkans who are trying to undermine this concept by trying to reverse the old times in this region, when political and economic clashes were interrelated.
The “E call '%mini-sengene and they keep telling us that this is not in conflict with the road to the EU. But that's not true. They tell us it serves regional co-operation. Neither, this is true”, Gervalla has said, reports the KK.
On the other hand, Kosovo's top diplomat has called on the European Union to take the necessary steps to stop this process before it is late.
This process can be very dangerous for stability and peace in the Balkans”, Gervala has been expressed.
