Exploration: 13-year-old Janjevo was allegedly sexually abused by many people even for incest

A 13-year-old was allegedly the victim of sexual abuse by many long-timers, but also the abuse and neglect of family members, even the victim of incest. In this case, Kosovo Police have arrested only a 51-year-old man they are holding in custody, while the number of people being suspected of the case is that what is known by medical examinations is that the infant's body is “s to have carried out many children's birth”.

Not more than a month ago, on June 16, the family of a 13-year-old girl had reported it as “missing”. After research, Lipjan police units had found the girl in a miserable home, and the girl and her daughter also found a shocking confession.

Sources have told Periscope that the minor girl had long been expelled from her family. This had forced her to stay and sleep in the streets. To that end, other inhabitants of Janjevo were also aware.

The 13-year-old is believed to have been the victim of sexual abuse by many people something that, according to Periscope information, has been recorded by medical and gynecological examinations. These examinations were conducted to her shortly after taking care of her minor.

So far, only one person aged 51 has been arrested for this case with the initials L.G. Who has been assigned a month-long detention measure.

The case for Periscope is confirmed by Kosovo Police. Their answer is the following:

The missing person (child, 13, female) has become a 1606,2021 police station in Lipjan. By the 1706,2021 police have managed to locate the person and confirm the recommendations of the state prosecutor has started dealing with all the circumstances that have characterised the event, with which cases of sexual abuse have also been questioned, the police reply said.

In terms of the case, a male suspect, 51, has been arrested by police and, with the State Prosecutor's decision, has been detained for 48 hours to proceed and further submit relevant mechanisms to the procedure, police conclude.

Periscop has even contacted Kosovo's Founding Prosecutor, but so far has not received answers.

Sources who wanted to remain anonymous to the Kosovo Police have told our newspaper that until the arrest of the suspects have come after interviewing the minor.

She has shown the person's name, and besides that she has mentioned contact with a 75-year-old man. The man after the interview has been released by police and has not been treated as suspected person.

And sexual abuse, according to information Periscope, has arranged the forensic team together with gynecologist. The latter had also ascertained that “The girl had experienced frequent sexual violence and that her condition is very serious, as if she had performed many childbearing”.

But how had the horror experiences of the minor started?

The sexually abused minor had been a member of a family under severe economic and social conditions with eleven children.

Janjevo residents have said that from time to time these children had been “problems” on that side.

This family was suspected to have expelled her daughter from home at one point. The reason? Not yet known.

The minor, according to police information owned by Periscopi, had been forced to stay on the streets, exposing them to great danger as she went to her uncle after a period of time.

But her uncle had also been deported, and this forced her to walk the streets, finding refuge only in abandoned homes in the village of Janjevo.

However, the situation gets worse. Sources within the police have told Periscope that among the suspects for sexual abuse of 13 is her uncle. The case is under investigation.

The case also included knowledge of the Lipjan Community Social Work Centre.

Police have said this centre has long known about the girl's expulsion from home and the inability to shelter her. This center had taken nothing concrete for providing the child's well - being.

How did the 13 - year - old sexually abused woman become homeless for so long?

The grave case of sexual abuse and family neglect of 13-year-old Janjevo, as reported earlier, had fallen to the Kosovo Police Guard only after the call her family had made to report as “missing persons”.

The girl in question was exposed to sexual violence by persons whose number is unappreciated to this point after being expelled from her home, which makes it strange to report them to police as “missing persons”.

In two cases she was on the street despite being a minor child. In the first one when she was driven out of her house. And in the second, when she was also expelled from her uncle's house who allegedly also had sex with her.

Apart from the police and the prosecution, the case is known and addressed by the Centre for Social Work (QPS) in the Lipjan municipality, which in an official response to Periscope has confirmed the event.

The director of this centre, Makfirete Shamlli, has told of the state of 13 years currently, which has already been sheltered in a Kosovo shelter.

The Social Work Centre in Lipjan, referring to its mandate in such cases, automatically acts in defense of the child's highest interest, so in question, the custody body along with the police station in Lipjan has taken all necessary steps to protect the child by assisting the police station as well as representing the case at other institutions, while taking on the basis of the sensitivity of the case with the parents' consent is placed in child shelter for protection for access and protection until the conclusion of other procedures, Shamnollo has said, Periscope.
