He was one of the first people to support this sport and is a close friend of Dana White, president of the UFC.
It was White who waited for Trump and then accompanied him to the stadium, where he was met with cheers from fans. Looks like the former American president still enjoys support. Then he followed the McGregor-Poirier duel with Dana White.
