Though few are without physical injury, the shock they have experienced is difficult to describe. So in addition to food, clothing, and medicine, they were offered professional psychological assistance.
“Fourteen people are currently taking care of the Pansion Antonio because they had enough capacity to accommodate everyone in the same place. For now we're giving them lunch, a hot meal from the Uno restaurant. We've provided them with drugs and are currently collecting information about what they need individually because they come from an accident where they lost all their personal belongings. With the full help of experts, we are also involved with everything so that we can ensure that nothing will be lost”, told SBplus Marco Shimmi, deputy head of the Brod-Possavina district.

Consolations were sent in telegrams by the town administration of Slavonski Brod, and its chairman Mirko Duspara made a public statement.
This morning we were all surprised by the news of a terrible traffic accident near Slavonski Brod. I expressed my sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims, as well as to all the people of Kosovo, and I wish the wounded were quick recovery”, Duspara said.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, along with some of the ministers, has been headed towards Croatia, while Kosovo's Ambassador to Croatia, Gzim Kasapali, was in advance at the regional hospital in Slavonski Brod, where they are receiving treatment over 40 people who were injured by the accident on the A3 Zagreb highway dealt with Lipovac, of the Kosovo bus “Tours”, which took the lives of 10 people.
He has been seen tearful, as he has expressed condolences to the victims' families, saying they and those who were injured “are our people working in Germany”.
Croatian Civil Protection chief Damir Trut and Health Minister Willi Beross were also at the site of the tragic event where 10 people died as a result of the accident of a Kosovo bus that was coming from Frankfurt to Pristina.
After visiting the hospital in Slavonski Brod, where 45 injured sought help, Willi Beros turned to the public, showing that 15 people have been seriously injured, among whom a minor girl, reports Index.hr.
Regional hospital director Dr. Josip Samardzic said 45 people had been admitted to the hospital since morning, who had sought medical assistance after this serious accident on the highway near Slavonski Brod, and that eight of them were badly injured.
According to the Croatian medium, 24sata.hr, Kosovo bus drivers carrying exiles from Frankfurt to Pristina had been resting in Bregana for half an hour before the accident. There they had changed, and the other driver had taken the bus route. It's supposed to be because of the driver's fatigue.
One of the drivers who wasn't driving at the tragic moment is dead, while the suspect is staying at the police station.
