Council of Europe: Eurodeput requires “Non-paperin” Slovenian Jansha where the National Union is mentioned

Slovenian MEP Clemen Groselj has asked the European Council to submit the informal document, “non paper”, of Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansha, through which change of borders in the Western Balkans is claimed. His letter to the European Council, the Supreme Organisation of the European Union, was provoked after that institution admitted to receiving the document, which is under mandatory protection and has the sign of the secret document.

In his request to the European Council, Groselj stated that this “paper” provoked numerous reactions not only in the Western Balkans, but also in Europe and the world, the Telegrafi broadcasts.

As the portal “writes Slobodna Bosna”, that document favours changing borders in our region and creating three national states -- Great Serbia, Great Albania and Great Croatia.

Portal Politički.ba was the first to publish information on the existence of Papernon on April 12 of this year.

This portal then wrote that Jansha was proposing the fragmentation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and northern Macedonia.

Everything would be done with the European Union's mediation and NATO assistance.

As Bosnian portal writes, <x0non paper” was discovered after Slovenia's President Borut Pahor's speech at lunch at the Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency, when he asked three members of the collective head of state if a peaceful “division was possible.

But Jansha has fundamentally exposed these claims [that he was author of paper].

Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, however, confirmed claims from the text of the Polytički portal to the media, and said he had talked about it with Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansha, Television broadcast.

Then the portal Necensurirano was later published the full contents of the document ʹnon paper.

The United States, the European Union, Germany, France... even Russia has rejected claims of '%n' money.

In his letter to the European Council, Groselj under the top “inscription” he wrote that he would respect legal norms regarding the document, but that he needed it, because its contents could have broad “ymplications for the political stability of the Western Balkans and therefore significant consequences in European Union politics to the entire region”.

“As the elected representative of the European Parliament and a member of the Commission for Foreign Affairs, which is deeply involved in the work of the Western Balkans on a daily basis, I believe that my approach to information contained in this paper would be of extraordinary interest during my work.

Therefore, I would ask the Council if I could be allowed access to this paper regarding borders in the Western Balkans, subjecting myself to strict rules of privacy and fully respecting all relevant legal obligations”, Groselj said.

By contrast, Groselj was elected to the European Parliament by Marijan Sharec's list (LMSH), which is the party of former Slovenian Prime Minister, now in opposition.

In the European Parliament, the LMSH is a member of the third strongest parliamentary group, the liberals.
