The office for the prime minister had announced to the media that the Government Meeting would be held by 1500.
This had made hope of Albin Kurt's return from the luxury resort where he is staying in Greece, Periscope follows.
However, from the government's Live Meeting on Periscop page, it is seen that this meeting is being led by Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi.
